Step-by-Step Baking Guide
This version includes real freeze-dried bananas in the mix, so there is no need to keep fresh bananas on hand. Just add eggs, water, and oil, then mix, bake, slice, and enjoy.

Use one pouch of MamaCall’s Banana Bread Mix with Real Freeze-Dried Bananas. Remove and discard the oxygen absorber packet before combining ingredients.

Combine the mix with 2 large eggs, 1 cup water, and 1/3 cup vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl.

Mix until well blended and a smooth batter forms. Do not overmix. Let the batter rest for about 5 to 10 minutes before pouring into the pan.

Pour into a greased and floured 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F on the center rack for 45 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the loaf cool, then slice and enjoy warm, toasted, buttered, or just as it is.
Choose the original Banana Bread Mix when you have ripe bananas ready to use. Choose the freeze-dried version when you want banana bread from pantry ingredients.
